I just wanted to reach out and thank you/give you kudos. The two caregivers I referred to you last week had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with your program. They were extremely appreciative of the quality and quantity of the items you offered, but spoke even more positively of the treatment they received from the people they interacted with. They both informed me that they felt very welcome and comfortable and were impressed with the coziness and child-friendly set-up. One also mentioned your daughter, Amalie, by name and felt that she was extremely kind and helpful.
This is the first time I have referred to your program, and let me just say that it is a beautiful thing to hear such positive regard from my clients. Keep on doing amazing work!!
