Please fill out the following form if you are attending the Family Carnival ONLY on July 16th. If you have students participating in VBS, please fill out a VBS registration form. There is a spot at the bottom of that form where you can indicate if you are staying for the carnival, and how many people will be participating in that event. This form is for individuals/families that are ONLY coming to the Family Carnival and have no participation in the VBS event.
